SMS Messaging Policy

This SMS Messaging Policy describes how GrowReviews (("we,") ("us,") or ("our")) uses SMS text messaging as part of our automated review request platform.
Program Description
GrowReviews is an automated messaging platform that sends SMS text messages on behalf of subscribing businesses ("Clients") to their customers. These messages are sent to request customer feedback and to encourage customers to leave online reviews about their experience with the Client's business. Messages may include a personalized greeting, a link to leave a review, and follow-up reminders.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the Client's configuration and business activity. Typically, customers will receive 1 to 3 SMS messages per service interaction. These may include an initial review request and up to two follow-up reminders if no response is received. Customers will not receive messages for future service interactions unless they are uploaded again by the Client with valid consent.
Consent and Opt-In
All SMS messages sent through the GrowReviews platform require prior express written consent. Consent is collected by the subscribing business (Client) directly from their customers before any contact information is uploaded to our platform. By providing their phone number and agreeing to the Client's consent disclosure, customers authorize the Client and GrowReviews to send automated SMS messages for feedback and review request purposes.
Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services from the Client. Customers may decline to provide consent and still receive services from the Client.
Opt-Out / STOP
Customers may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from GrowReviews. Upon receiving a STOP request, the customer will be immediately unsubscribed and will receive a confirmation message. No further messages will be sent to that phone number unless the customer provides fresh consent through the Client.
Important: Opting out of GrowReviews messages only stops automated review request communications sent through our platform. GrowReviews acts as a third-party messaging service on behalf of subscribing businesses. This opt-out does not affect other communications you may receive directly from the business itself, such as appointment confirmations, invoices, promotional messages, or other business-related communications sent independently of GrowReviews. To stop receiving messages from the business directly, please contact that business using their regular contact information.
HELP
Customers may reply HELP to any message to receive support information. The HELP response will include the program name (GrowReviews), a brief description of the messaging program, and contact information for support.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on the customer's wireless carrier and service plan. GrowReviews is not responsible for any charges incurred by the customer's carrier for sending or receiving SMS messages.
Message Timing
GrowReviews sends messages only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone. Messages scheduled outside of these hours will be queued and delivered during the next permitted window.
Supported Carriers
GrowReviews messages are delivered through major U.S. wireless carriers including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and other supported carriers. Carrier coverage and message delivery may vary. GrowReviews is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
Privacy
Customer phone numbers and related information are used solely for the purpose of sending review request messages. We do not sell, rent, or share customer phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details on how we handle personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.
