  • Account and business information: Retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted.
  • Customer contact data (uploaded job lists): Retained while your account is active to support deduplication, reporting, and review request history. Contact records older than 12 months may be automatically archived but remain available for dedup purposes.
  • SMS consent records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of consent, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), even if the associated account is canceled.
  • Review request and communication logs: Retained while your account is active for dashboard reporting, analytics, and support purposes.

You may request a complete export of your data or request deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@growreviews.pro. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations (such as the 5-year TCPA consent requirement).

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
